Turn Down Fan in HP Laptop

For weeks my laptop fan just goes nonstop at top speed.  Here’s how I fixed it.

1. Go to Settings and search for power plan.
2. Choose Power Saver.
3. Close the window.  The fan instantly slowed down and stopped on my laptop.
